So I have all these great tracks I’m ready to drop on the unsuspecting public. Mixes, remixes, upmixes, downmixes, mashups, raveups, chillouts–all hand picked by yrs truly. But I have no venue, no scene, no action. I accepted an invite from Kitty Kyuzo–that’s her above, kicking it out with the bumblebee in the gasmask look (tres outre maintenant)–last night at the newly opened Commando Club in Enterprise. Seems like some shit went down between factions over at Club Industry and there’s a little breakoff scene going on. DJ Rayzr was spinning and doing a fine job for the hour I was there. Could be a good place to hook into, except I’m a little wary of getting into the middle of grumpy ravers, ya know? The 24-hour party should be that, and not something else. In any case, I did get a visual buffet of some great looking avs, including the super-bright Pixie:
But everyone was just groovin and not socializing much, so I figured maybe I wasn’t quite dressed for the show. Another cutie pointed me in the direction of Club Reactor (Jernberg 224, 17, 351) so I tp’d on over there and found… an empty club. It seems like it could be a hot spot, except that it’s buried under a ton of ice and snow.
Maybe all that cold has chilled the scene. I’m fine with that, I probably connect with a chill set more than yr average freak. But the club itself looks ready to bust out–it just needs a good dj and the right people to kick it off. Someobdy get me the hookup.

Well,maybe talking to DJ Jazhara (who happens to have a regular set at Club Reactor and to be a good friend of Vanny,Lisa and yours truly.) could do the trick.

Oh! Thanks for the offer–but I think there’s actually some confusion here–isn’t it Club Reaktor where you know people? And not Club Reactor (c vs. k)? I think there are two clubs maybe. Or it could be me. Is that pic on the bottom of the same club where you know people? In either case, I should definitely check out the other Reac/ktor, as it may be a better spot in the first place…
ha ha well there is a Club Reaktor, Alex, but it’s the RL club that’s by my parents’ home in VA! are we getting confused, darling? and…you are not considering the fact that maybe the SL Club Reactor is a european hang out, and you need to get there when it’s not 9am in Germany or France, perhaps if you wanna see people there. i think dj kai does a set there on thursdays that is well worth checking out!
