Best name for prim hair, ever

Found in some little shop in Nakama 
, this hair had me giggling long time.
Just a question for you. What about this hairstyle, in particular, lends itself to the title “Hose Queen?” Is it the drape of the bang? The tone of the highlights? Personally, I don’t find the hairstyle particularly evocative of the moniker, but maybe there’s just something I’m not getting. Likely possibility, actually.

HoseQueen is not the name of the hair, it’s the name of the designer (HoseQueen McLean).
well then, that surely clears up some of my confusion, but does not at all lessen my delight. thanks for setting the record straight!
