I need to know who leaked this private journal to the press and the public immediately!! You're not fooling anyone signing your name as "Dr Moody"! Actions like this will compromise the entire investigation! I'm on the scene folks, let the professionals handle this. If I need anonymous tips, I'll blackmail a damn stripper or something cool like that. Probable cause, out the window because somebody took it upon themselves to illegally obtain this information and taint any jury pool this side of Trenton should it turn out to be what would've been a key piece of evidence- it's a PRIVATE JOURNAL folks, that means WARRANT required!
