You have no idea, really, what he means to me. I could never explain it because it’s the kind of relationship that’s as much apart of you as your sense of humor or your preference for spicy food. So there’s no way to let you all know how it really is with us, deep inside us, unless you’ve got what I’ve got, and maybe you do. If you do, then you already know.
We’ve been close since we were practically kids and together since not long after that. And nah, right now I won’t tell you how long that’s been. But long enough to pretty much know what I’ve got, and to know it’s the kind of love that once you’ve got it you’ll never be without it. Like looking up into the sky and knowing without ever having to look, the sun is there.
So here’s to us Alex.
